How to make Coffee Cake

Do you love coffee so much you want to put it into your food?
Well… SAME!

So we’re working on creating some EASY coffee recipes for you to try in our own home, starting with this delicious coffee cake.

(It got 5 star reviews from all of our friends and family AND it’s easy to make with kids too)

Ingredients you’ll need:
For cake

4 eggs

1/3 cup Self raising flour

1/3 cup plain flour

2/3 cup caster sugar

2 shots of coffee

For icing

Nuttlex (or margarine)

Icing sugar

1 coffee shot
