HOW DOES 3 ELEMENTS COFFEE CONTRIBUTE TO HELPING EX-DEFENCE PERSONNEL?
3 Elements Coffee assists veterans in a number of ways. Our financial contributions go to partner organisations who are focused on veteran community initiatives. Our contributions include helping veterans to establish their own coffee business or by simply becoming a part of the 3 Elements Coffee Roasting (NSW) or Sales team, leading regional wholesale distribution across Australia.
IS 3 ELEMENTS COFFEE A NOT-FOR-PROFIT?
We lead by example and believe that the best way to enable veterans to transition into the commercial environment is by working in a commercial business. We’re proud to be a for-profit enterprise that is owned and operated by veterans but also supports veteran-focused charities and social enterprises by donating a percentage of our profits and promoting initiatives wherever possible.
HOW MUCH MONEY GOES TO TRAINING EX-DEFENCE PERSONNEL?
A percentage from every kilogram of coffee sold goes directly to support veterans initiatives. Over the past 3 Years, 3 Elements Coffee has donated $ and coffee to several charities so they can raise funds for their own causes. We have also supported veterans initiatives in setting up coffee outlets, branding and roasting veterans coffee so they could become part of the 3 Elements Coffee roasting CO-OP. We have achieved this by giving upfront coffee prices at below wholesale rates, loaning of coffee carts and equipment to veterans and their families so they can see if the coffee business is for them. With our project and business development team, we have offered our services free of charge to obtaining buildings with free rent in support of veterans setting up their own coffee shops…These are just a few of the things 3 Elements Coffee does in support of our veterans community.
3 Elements Coffee is proud to partner with Lee Child to produce very special Jack Reacher blends exclusively for lovers of coffee Down Under. Lee Child donates 50% of profits from the sale of ‘Jack Reacher Down Under’ blends to veteran community initiatives.
HOW & WHERE IS THE COFFEE PRODUCED?
Our coffee is produced in our New South Wales automated HACCP accredited roasting facility by a professional Master Roaster who has more than 30 years experience in Australia and Italy. These premium coffee blends from around the world have all been masterfully blended and slow roasted to our exacting standards to achieve the ultimate smooth flavours.
